Episode # 12 - Nonfulfillment - Emails # 49 - 52

During 4 days, Mr. Etchegaray claims the immediate payment insistently to Mr. Ben Lee and to her assistant Mrs. Charlin Chen who simply ignore the emails and they don't give any answer.
Arrived the day May 12th, 2005, Mr. Etchegaray sends a notification by email to Mr. Ben Lee informing him that the agreement has been unfulfilled on the part of AIPTEK.
It also clarifies him that it is the last personal contact that they will maintain, the topic at hour will pass at another less friendly level.

	Content :	QUOTE: Dear Charlin, please go through this mail for me, and drop me a note as I saw this and was not able to go through the entire mail. But my message to him is that I am willing to pay. Ben UNQUOTE.
	Comments :	Another dilatory maneuver more. Mr. Ben Lee, continues saying that he has the will of paying. However, he doesn't give the order of transferring the funds. Also, here it puts once again in evidence that their assistant knows the situation perfectly. While all this happens, the days pass, AIPTEK doesn't pay, and ECA doesn't get paid. It is noticed that the agreement can be down by AIPTEK nonfulfillment.

	Comments :	Being verified an and another time that Mr. Ben Lee, has the speech of wishing to pay, but it has allowed the week to pass and finally he has not paid, Mr. Etchegaray offers a last chance to solve the matter friendly. Again Mr. Ben Lee is become intimate to pay immediately according to that agreed and informed in previously days.

	Comments :	Mr. Etchegaray notifies to Mr. Ben Lee that this, is the last email that will receive from him, it has been expected without success that he ordered the transfer of money as it had been agreed and accepted. Mr. Ben Lee has not honored his word neither the agreement among the parts. Once again it is verified that the only thing that AIPTEK makes well, is not to complete the reached agreements systematically, infuriating and wearing away the good intentions and patience of its suppliers.
